New transparency rules for cryptocurrencies

At their May meeting, EU Finance Ministers found political agreement on a Commission proposal to help EU countries shine a light on taxation in the crypto-asset sector. For this month’s interview, we spoke to Henrik Paulander, one of the TAXUD officials who helped design the new transparency rules, and asked him to explain why the new system is needed and how it will work!
