The European Commission has published the latest version of the Combined Nomenclature (CN) applicable as from 1 January 2018.

The Combined Nomenclature forms the basis for the declaration of goods (a) at importation or exportation or (b) when subject to intra-Union trade statistics. This determines which rate of customs duty applies and how the goods are treated for statistical purposes. The CN is thus a vital working tool for business and the Member States' customs administrations.

The Combined Nomenclature was established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff. It is updated every year and is published as a Commission Implementing Regulation in the Official Journal of the European Union, L Series. The latest version is now available as Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1925 in EU Official Journal L 282 of 31 October 2017. This version applies from 1 January 2018.

La Commission européenne a publié la dernière version en date de la Nomenclature Combinée (NC), applicable à partir du 1er janvier 2018.

La Nomenclature Combinée sert de base à la déclaration des marchandises (a) à l’importation ou à l’exportation ou (b) lorsqu’elles font l’objet de statistiques du commerce intra-Union européenne. Ceci détermine le taux de droits de douane qui leur est applicable, ainsi que la manière dont elles seront traitées à des fins statistiques. La NC représente donc un outil de travail indispensable pour les opérateurs économiques et les administrations douanières des États membres.

La Nomenclature Combinée a été instaurée par le règlement (CEE) n°2658/87 du Conseil relatif à la nomenclature tarifaire et statistique et au tarif douanier commun. Elle est mise à jour chaque année et est publiée sous forme d’un règlement d'exécution de la Commission, au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne, série L. La dernière version est à présent disponible en tant que règlement d'exécution (UE) 2017/1925, publié au Journal officiel de l'UE L 282 du 31 octobre 2017. Cette version s’applique à partir du 1er janvier 2018.

Die Europäische Kommission hat die neueste Version der Kombinierten Nomenklatur (KN), die ab dem 1. Januar 2018 gilt, veröffentlicht.

Die Kombinierte Nomenklatur ist Grundlage für die Warenerklärung (a) bei der Ein- bzw. Ausfuhr oder (b) für inner-EU statistische Zwecke. Die Einordnung der Waren bestimmt den anwendbaren Zollsatz und die Art und Weise der statistischen Behandlung. Die KN ist daher ein grundlegendes Arbeitsinstrument sowohl für die Wirtschaft als auch für die Verwaltungen der Mitgliedstaaten.

Die Kombinierte Nomenklatur findet ihre Rechtsgrundlage in der Ratsverordnung (EWG) Nr. 2658/87 betreffend die zollrechtliche und statistische Nomenklatur und den Gemeinsamen Zolltarif. Sie wird jährlich aktualisiert und als Durchführungsverordnung der Kommission im EU-Amtsblatt (Serie L) veröffentlicht. Die neueste Version wurde als Kommissionsverordnung (EU) 2017/1925 im EU-Amtsblatt L 282 vom 31. Oktober 2017 veröffentlicht. Sie gilt ab dem 1. Januar 2018.
