date: 20/09/2017
Registration is now open for the second hearing on effective ways of investing in health, organised by the European Commission's Expert Panel on Health. The event will take place in Brussels on the afternoon of 11 October 2017.
Interested stakeholders are invited to register here by 30 September 2017.
The Expert Panel on Health is currently working on an Opinion on Benchmarking access to healthcare in the EU as part of its continued work on innovation in care. This hearing, which brings together a range of key experts on public health and healthcare services from well-known institutions and professional bodies, representatives of Member States, non-governmental organisations, academics, EU institutions and relevant stakeholders from health related areas (industry, research, economy), aims to help shape this opinion and discuss possible national and EU-level actions. Specifically, the Expert Panel seeks informed feedback on:
- The main considerations for maximising the usefulness of the Expert Panel's Opinion.
