The EU Competitiveness Compass is out

The Compass commits to simplify and modernise EU public procurement rules in particular for start-ups and to introduce a European preference in public procurement for strategic sectors. It also announces that the European Innovation Act will promote the access of innovative companies to intellectual assets generated by publicly funded research and innovation, which includes innovation procurements.

Open market consultation - PCP on low-emission energy solutions for first responders

The POWERBASE buyers group of security procurers from 9 European countries (EL, DE, AT, SE, FR, IT, SK, HU, NL) wants to engage with the market to understand the capabilities of solution providers to develop innovative low-emission solutions for power supply for emergency shelters and bases of operations. Participate in the 4 parts of the open market consultation to prepare their upcoming pre-commercial procurement (PCP): Meetings with technology showcases on 27 March, 12 June and in September and an online RFI questionnaire.

Open market consultation - PCP on Next-Generation Influenza Vaccines

The European Commission's Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority and its agency HADEA are inviting potentially interested bidders to participate in the open market consultation for their upcoming pre-commercial procurement. Aim is to speed up the development of and access to innovative medical countermeasures in particular for next-generation influenza vaccines. Complete the online survey for this open market consultation by 5 March 2025. Your input is crucial in shaping this important initiative and ensuring its success.
