Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a follow-up to our recent correspondence confirming your registration for the opening ceremony of the Festival of the New European Bauhaus 2024. We trust that you have received and acknowledged our confirmation earlier this week.

As the opening ceremony approaches, we would like to provide you with some additional details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

Event Details

The opening ceremony is scheduled for April 9th, at the Art & History Museum in Parc du Cinquantenaire, beginning at 18:00 CET in the Grand Narthex.

Stages

Due to the large number of attendees, access to the Grand Narthex may not be possible for everyone. Complimentary seating will be organised into the Park Stage and the Auditorium. Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Upon your arrival, our staff will assist you in locating your assigned seating area within these venues.

Badge Collection

To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to collect their badges in time. Badge collection will be available from 14:00 CET at the designated registration desk (please follow the signage for directions). Access to the Grand Narthex will close at 17:15 CET, while the Park Stage will remain accessible even after the opening, should you arrive late.

We appreciate your attention to these additional details and eagerly anticipate your presence at the opening ceremony for the Festival of the New European Bauhaus. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

Best regards,

The New European Bauhaus Team
