The event called “Interreg: better together” will gather Interreg programmes’ managing authorities, joint secretariats and young people from all over Europe, from 26 to 28 October, in Brussels and online.

On 26 October 2022, Commissioner Elisa Ferreira will open the event. There will be dedicated sessions to the New European Bauhaus, the Community involvement in Interreg, but also time to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Interreg IPA programmes and the 20th Anniversary of Interregional Cooperation.
You will have the opportunity to attend hybrid workshops related to crisis mechanism, capitalization and social innovation.
For people coming onsite, five on-site “Experience Rooms” showcasing some of Interreg’s innovative projects in diverse fields such as creative industries, social innovation, gaming or smart technology.
Finally yet importantly, to mark this year’s European Year of Youth, we will dedicate an entire morning to exchanges with young people involved in Interreg or not and listen to some of their concerns and proposals. The Youth4Cooperation Summit will be the occasion to showcase the implementation of the 12 recommendations present in the Interreg Youth Manifesto.
