As they build a new life of their own in an economically challenged area, they also contribute to its long-term viability. Carried out by the Association des Chambres de Métiers et de l’Artisanat des Pyrénées, the POCTEFA AVENIR project is part of the Interreg V-A - Spain-France-Andorra programme.
