This edition is filled with exciting news, events and insights as we continue our journey to promote cross-border cooperation and regional development.
We're delighted to share that our Youth4Cooperation: Cross-Border Ambassadors initiative is in full swing; the first round of applications is now closed, and we are in the process of onboarding our first 10 Ambassadors! It's fantastic to see the enthusiasm of young people who are ready to contribute to improving cross-border cooperation in the EU.

Young people from 12 countries across the EU apply to become Youth4Cooperation: Cross Border Ambassadors
|
The BFPN is thrilled to have received applications from young people from 12 countries across the EU and EFTA area: Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Greece, Germany, Slovakia, France, The Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland.
|
It was fantastic to hear from so many young, passionate advocates for cross-border collaboration.

Conversation with GeoRefAct, Harmonization of Estonian and Latvian geodetic systems in border areas
|
Watch out latest conversation with Interreg Estonia - Latvia through the GeoRefAct project, which stands for “The Harmonization of Estonian and Latvian Geodetic Systems in Border Areas”.
|
In the video, Ms. Karin Kollo, the Head of the Department of Geodesy and Aerial Surveying, explains the project's two main objectives: to create a high-precision, harmonised geodetic reference system in the border area and to improve data sharing between Estonia and Latvia.

|
Explore the collaborative triumph of the "Babylingua" project, a joint effort between France and Germany that led to the creation of the Kita Salut nursery.
|
This initiative integrates educational concepts from both countries, promoting cultural and linguistic integration.
With 133 places for children aged 0-6, this bilingual and bicultural facility exemplifies cross-border cooperation, promoting cultural integration in early childhood development. Explore the story.
