Please submit your spouse’s most recent tax return

The eligibility to the household allowance that you receive on behalf of your spouse or assimilated partner is about to expire.  
 
The allowance was granted on a provisional basis until 30.06.2024. This date is indicated on the most recent extension document you received. 

In order to assess the possibility of extending the allowance, we kindly ask you to submit as soon as possible the most recent tax return of your spouse or partner or any other official document indicating their income for 2022, and if already available, for 2023. 

If your spouse or partner did not submit a tax declaration, please provide us with a document from the national authorities confirming the absence of income. We would like to remind you that a sworn declaration can be accepted, but only if the national authorities cannot issue a certificate of absence of income. You can check this with the tax authorities of the country of tax residence. 

Please note that the provisions on the protection of personal data oblige us to refrain from exchanging any information containing personal data via unsecured channels such as e-mail. Therefore, we invite you to submit your declaration ‘Professional activity/income of my spouse/recognized partner” from the SYSPER POST ACTIVITY application.  

The SYSPER POST ACTIVITY application allows for faster and more secure communication. It also offers a range of other services, such as the possibility to change your address and/or family composition and access to pension slips and certificates. From February 2024, you also have access to the individual rights Sysper page, which gives an overview of your financial benefits.
