Post-actives such as yourself (pensioners, unemployed) are now able to consult an overview of their individual rights based on Annex VII of the Staff Regulations on SYSPER. 

This can be done by clicking on Menu > My File > Rights and Privileges > My Individual rights (Annex VII). 

We recommend that you check out the following overview and video explanation for more information. 

Pensioners from the European Parliament, Court of Justice, and Economic and Social Committee should contact their administrations if they have questions on their rights.
