Book Meeting Rooms in MERO and DRB (PMO Space) Using MIRA

It is now possible to book rooms through the MIRA tool. Keep reading for more information about the tool.

date:  29/06/2023

Since 2021, DG SCIC have started rolling out the MIRA (Meeting management and Interpretation Reservation Application) tool in order to streamline the booking process. There have been many ways to book meeting rooms, such as WebDOR or through Outlook. MIRA will streamline all of this into one tool through a more modern and user-friendly interface.

Now the time has come for MIRA to be used at the MERO and DRB (PMO Space) buildings. Since 1.6.2023, you have the possibility to use the new tool to book the room for your next meeting.

  • You can still use Outlook and continue to book a room the same way in which you have been booking rooms so far but please note that you need first to log in at least once to MIRA web version (1 log in/log out is enough) or use the MIRA web version.
  • Please note that modular rooms are only reservable via MIRA.
  • Any room reservation that you have made so far will be kept.
  • MIRA Web version is also accessible on mobile devices. Once logged in, it will direct you to the building and floor where you have your administrative address.
