Even if the PPA declaration was already available in SYSPER (found in the ‘top 3’ declarations created in SYSPER by active staff), it has been completely redesigned on “Angular”, giving the page a more user-friendly and dynamic experience.

The revamped declaration now offers a better user experience through a simplified interface, making the encoding of the information much quicker. Among the new features, the following are highlighted:

• A new interface that is more modern, intuitive, and easy-to-use for our colleagues, featuring helpful links and information, and sample documents which provide an indication of what information to upload ;
• The possibility to declare more than one child in the same declaration ;
• A new option for colleagues who are not eligible to national allowances and must inform the administration ;
• Simplification: only asking the user for what is necessary!

The new declaration has also brought many benefits for the gestionnaires of the PMO too!

• An improved and simplified “back-office” ;
• Automatic impacts for each sub-type of declaration ;
• Tools to manage the declarations, searches through the dashboard, and extraction of data (tags, priority codes etc.) ;
• A completely new template with an automatic injection into the personal file (NDP).
