PMO IT Forms on My IT Support for Incident and Access Rights Requests

The PMO Support Team have simplified the way you can report a problem or request access to our IT systems. Discover the new screens available in My IT Support.

Are you facing an issue with a PMO IT application or need to request access?

The support team continue to simplify the best way of handling any issues you have with our IT systems. You now have the possibility to use dedicated PMO IT Forms on My IT Support to report an incident, request access or submit a change request.

On this page, there are four options to choose:

Each page contains a dedicated form for each PMO IT application in which you can describe your issue or request. Ensure to click submit in the bottom right corner!

Once you have submitted your request, the ticket will be redirected to the responsible colleague who will analyse and respond appropriately. You will receive a notification by email once this has been completed.
