The AGM (Advanced Gateway to Meetings) tool is a powerful system that organises meetings of European Commission Officers and experts from all around the world.

The back office has received a revamp with a clean and modern look based on the corporate platform standard. This can now be used by all back office users of the tools. The existing version of AGM, which was designed in 2015, can be used in parallel with the new version until the new design becomes the official one for all users by the end of 2022.

Designed with the end user in mind, this new interface is user friendly and more intuitive, making the process of managing and reimbursing meeting attendees a smoother experience. A great example of improvement that the new version brings relates to hybrid meetings: when you export the V-PASS file, you will only get the list of meeting attendees who have selected their participation to the meeting as physical.
