Access to PMO IT Applications

Ever wondered how you can gain access to PMO IT applications? Have you been lost in the separate forms needed for the request to each application?

Well luckily for you, the process to request access rights for PMO IT applications has just been simplified and harmonised into one single location!

The PMO can now proudly promote a new form for access rights management to our IT applications. Going forward, all colleagues who are looking to gain access rights must do so through an easy-to-use form on My IT Support. You can find the direct link to the form here.

You directly complete the form and sign the PMO Charter on Data Protection, your Head of Unit must then validate the request, and finally a dedicated access rights management team in PMO.6 will provide the access rights to you.

To guide you through this process, a how-to video has been created to show you how simple it is to complete this form. In the video, you will see how the form can be completed in real time.

Dedicated Support Form

If you face any issues with PMO IT applications, you may now use the dedicated PMO IT Support Form. Using this form will allow you to add screenshots to further explain your technical issues and will give you the chance to have your issue dealt directly with our support team in a more centralized manner.
