If you have an access to Sysper Post Activity, the fastest and the easiest way is to submit your declaration via this system. On your birthday, you will receive a notification by email and you will have again the possibility to submit your life declaration using the “Personal data” and “Declarations” tabs.

If you choosed to receive documents in paper, our services will send you automatically the life declaration by post mail, always at your birthdate.

Via your life declaration, please mention any change regarding your family situation, your coordinates or your contact person.
