Zero paper campaign

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
Covid-19 disruptions and uncertainties have increased the importance we place on offering you the best service we possibly can, regardless of circumstances. Now, more than ever, we will continue to support you through and beyond the crisis by adapting our tools and services to your needs and to our fast-moving society.

date:  25/06/2021

Hopefully we will be able to emerge from the pandemic soon. And wherever you are - quietly at home or exploring faraway places, we will bring improvements that make your life easier and our planet greener.

Did you know that every year the PMO sends 340.000 documents, equal to almost 7 tons of paper? Can you imagine how many trees we could save together for our children and grandchildren?

The PMO wants to play a part in safeguarding our planet for our future generations and we hope you will join us on this path. We are striving towards making all our services available online so that you can easily contact us wherever and whenever you need us, while reducing your ecological footprint. We count on your support and remain at your disposal for any questions you may have!

Did you know that by using “MyRemote” platform you can access various PMO services 24/7? Available worldwide and always within reach regardless of where you are, they are just a few clicks away. You only have to go to MyRemote and enter your EU Login credentials.

If you are already using JSIS Online for your medical reimbursements, it is only a small step to also use the other online services available on the My Remote platform:

  • SYSPER Post Activity for your pension slips, your tax declaration, your declarations of any changes in your personal and family situation, address, your life declaration, your personal file or to generate certificates;
  • MyIntraComm Pensioner for information on Sickness Insurance, Pensions, Social services, Statutory rights, Culture & leisure, Welcome office, Associations & Relations, Small Ads;
  • Staff Matters - for Staff regulation details and administrative information;
  • Staff Contact - to submit any question on Sickness insurance or on pensions.

 By going paperless:

  • you will no longer need to go to the post office
  • you will no longer have to worry about lost mail
  • you can get rid of the cupboards cluttered with useless paper

In addition: you will help protecting our planet and leaving a better world to next generations. In this spirit, the PMO will further invest in providing faster and more personalised support, in sending individual notifications to ensure timely submission and reception of your documents, and in upgrades and innovations that improve your user experience.

We look forward to making things better together!

If you do not yet benefit from this wide range of services offered on the SYSPER Post Activity platform, we invite you to request your personalized EU Login to take advantage as soon as possible from all these services.

The EU Login Service is in preparation in order to allow you to be active for a greener planet.

In the meantime if you need help with creating your EU Login, do not hesitate to contact us
by email (PMO-EU-LOGIN@ec.europa.eu) or by telephone (+32 2 297 68 88 – from Monday to Friday from 9:30 till 12:30).

We will be glad to guide you through the process!

This in an inducement to try and reduce the enormous amount of paper waste.However, if for one reason or another you cannot or do not wish to use My Remote and SYSPER Post Activity, it remains possible to receive a paper copy.
