The orphan's pension entitlement

The orphan's pension entitlement - For orphans who have an EUL, or whose parent is active or has an EUL

date:  03/06/2021

Dear Madam, Dear Miss, Dear Sir,

The orphan's pension entitlement that you receive directly or in respect of your child, expires.

In order to assess a possible extension, we kindly ask you to provide us with the information regarding registration for the next 2021/2022 school year as soon as possible. To facilitate the communication of the necessary documents and speed up the management of your file, we invite you to submit your school declaration from the SYSPER POST ACTIVITY application or via SYSPER2 if you are still active. The guides "How to access SYSPER for pensioners" or "How to access SYSPER for the unemployed" in the appendix will allow you to access the "declaration" tab.

Note that the SYSPER POST ACTIVITY application offers a range of services such as modifying your address and/or your family composition, access to your pension records, your certificates, your tax certificates and your personal data. The use of this tool also allows a faster and more structured communication.

If you experience a problem while making your school declaration in SYSPER POST ACTIVITY, the attached guide on the "school declaration" will help you.

Do not hesitate to contact our services by phone:

  • if you have any question about your entitlement to the school allowance: +32 2 29 78 800 - ext. 7 (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 to 12:30);
  • if you wish to request a form in paper format: +32 2 29 78 800 - ext. 0 (Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 12:30).

Best regards,
