Upcoming Webinar: Discover the new information and support Portal

DG HR and PMO invite you to join a webinar introducing the new information and support portal, which will replace the current Staff Matters and Retirees’ pages. Specifically designed for pensioners, this improved platform, whose future name is still under discussion, will make it easier to find and access the information you need.
The webinar will cover:
- The structure and navigation of the new portal
- How to search for information
- A demonstration of the site’s key features
- Practical examples to help you get started.
The speakers will also address the upcoming phase-out of SMS-based authentication for EU Login, planned for June 2025 and explain the alternatives available to ensure a smooth transition. They will also highlight ways to stay connected with Commission news through a dedicated Teams community for pensioners.
