Simplified consultation registration at Saint-Luc clinics

Since July 2023, patients at the Saint-Luc clinics who hold a Belgian electronic card (eID) can register for a consultation via reception terminals installed in the lobby. 

To allow patients without a Belgian electronic card to use these terminals, the hospital has created "St Luc" cards with barcodes. These cards are individual, reusable and allow the patient to scan the barcode at the reception terminal which will authenticate the patient and enable independent registration for all future consultations.

To obtain this barcode card, patients affiliated with the JSIS simply need to pick option 'You do not have an electronic identity card' at the terminal then head to the admission desk in the lobby.
