Life declaration

If you have access to Sysper Post Activity, the fastest and the easiest way is to submit your declaration via this system. On your birthday, you will receive a notification by email and you will have again the possibility to submit your life declaration using the “Personal data” and “Declarations” tabs.
If you have chosen to receive documents in paper, our services will send you automatically the life declaration by post also on your birthdate.
Please include in your life declaration any changes of your family situation, your contact details, or your contact person.
