Pension - How to access your file via Sysper Post Activity ?

Dear Madam/Sir,
This Friday 22 January 2021 as from 7h30, we put at your disposal a new version of the My Remote portal.
The link to access remains unchanged: https://myremote.ec.europa.eu/
But the screens which follow change the look.
The very first change is the welcome page where you need to click on « ACCESS » button in the part “Go to web applications” of the following screen:
Please do not choose the option of “private device” anymore.
The applications are also presented differently :
At the same occasion and for your convenience, we added some more applications in the menu, as “Staff Matter” and also the history of your “Staff Contact” tickets.
We also propose two different My IntraComm pages : one dedicated to the retired staff and another one for the former colleagues in the situation of end of contract.
In the attachment, you will find the new version of the tutorial of Sysper Post Activity.
I hope you will appreciate those improvements.
