Dear Colleagues,

I hereby inform you that from September 1, 2020 your unemployment file will be processed via Sysper.

All your monthly unemployment allowances payment’s requests and  those related to the family allowances will have to be submitted via Sysper.

In order to access your Sysper file you must have an external EU login account.

Attached, you will find an EU login guide with the explanation on how to create an account and also a tutorial presenting how to access Sysper and its functionalities.

I hope this new IT tool will facilitate our communication and the processing of your file.
