[Invitation] - Fluctuations looking for partners for common project application

Fluctuations is a unique festival using a boat that travels along European rivers, engaging with social, environmental, and democratic topics. After doing pilot events in Lille, Brussels, Utrecht and Budapest, they are applying for the Interreg North West Europe funding program (Ireland, Northern France, Belgium, Netherlands, West Germany, Switzerland). Very much aligned with NEB values, they are looking for cultural, institutional, urban, and rural partners to help them develop a project "Untapping Culture Along Waterways in Inner Peripheries".
