Two years ago, Housing Europe and nine dedicated partners were given the responsibility of launching the European Affordable Housing Initiative. The partnership rose to the challenge and developed a comprehensive capacity-building program that offers a range of tools to assist in the renovation of homes for people and make a positive social impact on communities.

Some of the notable outcomes from the project include: 
✅ Three blueprints featuring tried-and-tested approaches to help with planning and implementing innovative renovations that leave no one behind.
✅ Tailored support for renovation projects in 22 different districts across Europe.
✅ A Funding Simulator that provides an overview of public and private financing options for district-level renovation projects.
