The Fondazione MAIRE published a global research study calling for a new approach to developing people’s skills and competencies as a critical means to deliver net zero.

Their call is based on the results of an international study conducted in 10 countries, with 1,700 interviews and in-depth interviews with 15 experts in sustainability and energy transition that aimed to understand the role of skills and training in shaping an effective and inclusive process.
