Creating Actionable Futures (CrAFt) is an EU funded project that aligns deeply with NEB’s vision of developing more beautiful, sustainable and inclusive cities, which in turn helps them advance towards their own climate neutrality targets.

CrAFt’s first three Sandbox cities to actively integrate NEB-inspired collaborative governance models are Amsterdam, Bologna and Prague, each with its own context and set of challenges. While Amsterdam is transitioning towards planning and implementing climate neutral projects from a more democratic angle, Bologna is aiming to improve inclusivity at the city district level, and Prague is investing in art as a means to accelerate urban transformation.
