One project will be selected for the development of skills in sustainable construction in the framework of the NEB Academy (New European Bauhaus – LIFE in the building and construction). Two projects will be supported for the reconstruction of Ukraine (Phoenix: Project for a holistic orientation towards environmental new infrastructure in Ukrainian Cities – waste; Phoenix: Project for a holistic orientation towards environmental new infrastructure in Ukrainian Cities - Water). The aim of "Phoenix" is to develop and put at the disposal of Ukrainian cities cutting-edge expertise from the NEB community in affordable and sustainable reconstruction. The initiative also connects Ukrainian cities with like-minded ones in the EU to exchange experiences on their way to climate neutrality and more energy efficiency.
