We want to present and discuss the ongoing development of a NEB contribution to the efforts of the European Union to respond to the urgencies generated by the war in Ukraine and to prepare for the re-building of the country.

We also want to learn from the NEB community what are the other ongoing or planned initiatives in this respect and identify possible future cooperation around a NEB Lab project.
