It is my honour and delight to cordially invite you to the New European Bauhaus Festival that will take place in Brussels from 9th to 12th of June.

Today, we are opening the registration (password: NEB22Priority) for a first group of guests that are part of the New European Bauhaus community to give you the chance to book one of the seats for the Forum activities that have only limited seating.

The Forum will be located at two venues in Brussels: at Mont des Arts  in the city centre and Gare Maritime at Tour et Taxis (Avenue du Port, 86c 1000 Brussels). Due to the limited space at Gare Maritime, we need to use the registration system for participation in the Forum at that specific venue. Please check the Forum programme to decide for which sessions you would like to register.

IMPORTANT: Forum venue at the Gare Maritime is the only location of the New European Bauhaus Festival that requires registration. All other venues and activities – including the debates at Monts des Arts - are accessible without prior registration.

Locations across Brussels will offer a rich cultural programme with live performances, art installations and concerts, more than 100 stands (mobile and fixed) presenting inspiring and impactful projects  that embody NEB values and principles, and discussions and workshops offering moments for reflection, exchanges and learning. There will be also networking possibilities at Gare Maritime that will be accessible without registration.

The NEB Festival online platform will open on 23 May and will contain the programmes for the Fest, Fair, Forum and all Side Events. The advanced features (login, networking, online Forum sessions) will be available from 6 June. 

Registration procedure and rules: 

• NEB community members (HLRT members, partners, friends, NEB Prize winners and finalist, national contact points) have priority access to registration for the Gare Maritime Forum venue. You can register - until the available seat capacity is reached or until 22 May (23:59:59 CET).
• Each NEB community entity can register only one participant for the Gare Maritime Forum venue per programme schedule as listed on the registration platform. Please note that any additional registrations from the same entity will be discarded.
• Registrations will be confirmed following the “First-come, first-serve” principle until the full capacity is reached. 
• Please do not share the link with non-priority persons or entities.
• Any person who is not elegible for priority registration will be removed from the list of registrants. They will be able to re-register from 23 May, the date of the official opening of the registration.
• The NEB community members missing the priority registration or not being able to secure a spot due to the full capacity can (re-)register from 23 May onwards.
• Password to enter the registration platform is NEB22Priority.
