Fluctuations is an impact festival using a riverboat across Europe to mobilize people on social, environmental, and democratic topics. The festiboat - musical stage and residency - docks into cities and on the riverbanks, performances, assemblies, workshops, an ecosocial hub and more to make up a festival for the time of a weekend.

Mid July the boat will be parked near the FLOW swimming pool in Anderlecht, Brussels for the weekend to host concerts and DJ sets with renowned artists and set the stage for participatory round tables and a village of ethical brands. 

The organiser invites interested individuals and organisations to apply to their open calls for volunteers and organisers of panels/stands.
