Last week on Thursday (16 March), we launched a capacity-building program with Ukrainian organizations. Under the curation of Ro3kvit and with our partners Rethink, the Architects' Council of Europe and the Covenant of Mayors East, we have developed a programme that supports Ukrainian municipalities with tangible and practical help for rebuilding in local communities while improving competencies and expertise of Ukrainian actors.
