/

date:  23/01/2023

The Commission has published a call for tenders to set up a Peer-learning scheme for cities and regions on high quality architecture and the built environment. The selected contractor will organise a peer learning action to help local authorities to integrate and implement quality principles in the built environment in close coordination with the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture.

This project is based on the Davos Baukultur Quality System and the OMC Group report Towards a shared culture of architecture – Investing in a high-quality living environment for everyone. The Commission announced the scheme in the Communication on the New European Bauhaus. Moreover, the Council invited the Commission to provide opportunities for research, capacity building and peer learning in this area in its Conclusions on culture, high-quality architecture and built environment as key elements of the New European Bauhaus initiative.

Time limit for receipt of tenders: 30 January 2023, 17:00 CET
