Co-chaired by the European Commission (DG TRADE) and Jordan (Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply), this event gathered UfM senior trade officials from across the region as well as a number of  International Organizations implementing EU-funded cooperation projects in the Southern Neighbourhood region.

As trade remains a major lever of job creation and mutually beneficial cooperation across the Mediterranean, the meeting was the occasion to showcase results of EU flagship regional programmes promoting sustainable trade  and investment and discuss new regional priorities on green and circular economy as well as e-commerce and digital trade, currently under preparation.
