The next Senior Officials Meeting of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) and the meeting of the 73rd Board of Governors of the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) will take place in Barcelona next Thursday. This event is happening every three to four months, then after the 8th UfM Regional Forum of December 2023, the officials will meet again on 22 February.

The Middle East Peace Process will continue to be a priority in the agenda. In this regards, delegates from the 43 UfM and ALF members are invited to participate and to join efforts to think together on how to improve the security, peace and fruitful cooperation in the Mediterranean region. Discussions will touch upon political and technical aspects of the current and future work of the organizations which are necessary for dialogue in the region.
