EBSOMED (Enhancing Business Support Organisations and Business Networks in the Southern Neighbourhood)  organized a final workshop on December 14th and 15th, 2022 in Cagliari, Italy to address the challenges of cooperation in the Mediterranean region.

The workshop focused on developing proposals for the Interreg NEXT MED ENI CBC program, a key funding instrument for international cooperation. The event was part of a series of capacity-building programs on project development and management aimed at improving the ability of EU and MED BSOs to develop international cooperation projects in the Mediterranean.

The main objectives of the training were to improve the competencies and relationships of BSO executives interested in Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, to share Euro-Mediterranean project experiences among BSO executives and trainers, and to start designing concrete proposals under the new Euro-Mediterranean funding instruments, specifically the Interreg NEXT MED Programpartnerships, especially for women entrepreneurs.
