This debate was part of advocacy campaign supporting the creation of more legal pathways for migration and carried out by Forum des Alternatives Morocco, Amel Association Lebanon and European Policy Centre. During the debate representatives of the European Commission introduced on Talent Partnership programme  and discussed with representatives for the Southern countries its feasibility and also what are the correct needs on the ground.
