Regional workshop on "Effective inter-institutional cooperation and coordination in preventing and combating economic crime" was held in Rabat
Over the two days, practitioners from Jordanian, Moroccan, Tunisian and Palestinian* law enforcement agencies, public administration bodies and authorities specialised in the fight against corruption and money laundering discussed ways of exchanging information, practical mechanisms for effective inter-agency and international cooperation as well as the evolving regional and international needs in asset recovery and mutual legal assistance to prevent and combat economic crime.
