EuroMeSCo publishes the Policy Study on Social Protection Reforms in the Mena Region: Possibilities and Challenges

This new Policy Study offers four chapters addressing the challenges in the field of social protection as well as opportunities for governments, local non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and the European Union (EU) to implement and support reforms for the emergence of comprehensive social protection systems. It is coordinated by Abdalhadi Alijla, Co-leader at the Global Migration and Human Rights Working Group, Global Young Academy/ Varieties of Democracy Institute, with contributions from Ahmed Aref, from the Institute for Policy Research at the University of Bath, Imène Cherif, from the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) in Tunisia, and Izabela Marcinkowska, President of the Management Board at the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE)
