On November 24, 2021, EuroMeSCo held an off the Record Policy Talk devoted to the presentation of the findings and recommendations of the Policy Report on Talent Partnerships and future skills needs - Fostering collaboration on human capital development in the Mediterranean authored by Mattia di Salvo (Researcher, Centre for European Policy Studies – CEPS).
