NEAR B2 participated in the 2023 IGNITE North Africa Conference, organised by SPARK every year. IGNITE North Africa explored how to foster economic and sustainable growth in the region. Gathering a diverse group of thought-leaders, stakeholders and experts from across the Maghreb, including governments, private sector, investors, entrepreneurs, education institutions and agronomists, in improving the economic opportunities for youth, women and refugees in North Africa. Through a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops and interactive participation, the event explored digital upskilling, entrepreneurship development, opportunities within the digital, green economy and agriculture industry. This event is supported by the project “From Innovation to Creation” implemented by SPARK in Tunisia, Lebanon, Palestine and Jordan.

In particular, NEAR B2 presented EU’s support to innovation, start-ups, entrepreneurship in the panel dedicated to Innovation and Digital Economy.
