The Sixth edition of the Cairo Water Week from the 29th October to 2nd November 2023 co-organized by the EU

In Cairo, from the 29th October to 2nd November 2023, the EU co-organize the Sixth edition of the Cairo Water Week, while being largely involved in panels and exchange through several panelist from the European Commission, Delegation etc.

The sixth edition of the Cairo Water Week will take place from 29th October to 2nd November 2023 in Cairo, an event which the EU has partnered in organising with EG for several years.

In addition to its contribution to the event’s organisation, the EU will be largely involved in various panels and be represented locally by the local EU Head of Delegation, by the DG ENV General Directors and by a number of colleagues from headquarter as well as by experts from EU funded water projects. The goal of this week will be to to support progress towards achieving water security by providing a high-visibility platform for policymakers and stakeholders to discuss how to further improve water finance and investment policies. 

To be also noted that, back to back with this international event, the EU-UfM-AfDB Conference on Water Finance and Investments will also involve the same colleagues and partners.
