Within the framework of the EBSOMED project, ANIMA Investment Network, through the BSO Management Academy "Prospecting relocations in the context of new Mediterranean value chains", organized from 22 to 24 June 2022 in Tunis, at the "Tunisia Investment Forum" of FIPA-Tunisia, an event to reflect on the implications of these issues, and to embark on a practical exercise of elaborating strategies to accompany these dynamics: to identify the companies to be attracted to this movement, to build arguments to engage them, and to reflect on how to integrate them into these new value chains. Through a series of networking sessions, dialogue with economists and business leaders, and collective intelligence workshops, the objective was to enable each participant to leave these days with a clearer understanding of these issues, and with ideas to adapt and prepare.
