European Day Without a Road Death

The aim of the third European Day Without a Road Death, or EDWARD, is to have no deaths on Europe’s roads on 19 September 2018. In the run up to the Day, all road users are urged to think – even for just a few minutes – about the risks they face, the risks they pose to others and how they can reduce those risks.
