Registration for Expert Group on Clean Buses - 26 October

date:  29/09/2017

On the 26th of October the 1st meeting of the Expert Group on Clean Buses will take place in Brussels.

Expected outcomes of this first meeting: establish the list of deliverables that the Expert Group will develop – and which experts would be ideally placed to contribute to those deliverables.

Deliverables: In a first phase (approx. 3 months) the Expert Group should aim at addressing the knowledge gap. The suggestion is therefore to have 5-6 short papers (4 pages) maximum to demystify the issues around the introduction of Clean Buses.

Registrations: Registrations for the 26th of October meeting via this link: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/CleanBus_ExpertGroup_26Oct

Please note that the number of people that physically fit in the meeting room is limited. So registrations may close at any time.

Ideally we would like to have experts with as diverse a background as possible. Obviously in the Clean Bus area – but it would be good to have a mix with experts having a background in either technical / operational issues or financial/procurement issues… Coming from the manufacturing side; public sector…

Not all experts have been selected - in the weeks running up to the 26th of October we would like to receive input from those who would like to contribute to the process [If you would like to contribute to a particular topic --> please let us know by sending an email to MOVE-CLEAN-BUSES@ec.europa.eu ]. In terms of effort required: we would like to take advantage of existing knowledge and limit the amount of papers to be written to an absolute minimum.
