Without Europe, there would not be a Dutch Diversity Charter

That did not go without its challenges. Examples of neighboring countries that already had such a Charter convinced hesitant politicians.

Starting in August 2021, our pilot project "Raising Antiracist Awareness - Strengthening Competence for Diversity in the Workplace" is now concluded with a product launch: the anti-racism toolbox.

Spanish companies double their commitment to Diversity and Innovation

This is one of the conclusions of the report "Innodiversity in the Spanish business 2019-2022", published by Fundación Diversidad (organization responsible for the Diversity Charter in Spain) and the academic center IE Foundation, which was presented at the European Commission Representation in Spain on February 1st.

Italian Gender Equality Certification System

On December 1 2022 the Italian Diversity Charter organized a webinar on Italian Gender Equality Certification System, in collaboration with Italian Department for Equal Opportunities, UNI (Italian standardization body), Bureau Veritas, Rina, Certiquality and DNV.

The community of signatory companies in the Diversity Charter is growing

On 13.12.2022, a ceremonial event for new signatories of the Diversity Charter was hosted by Mrs. Monika Ladmanová, Head of the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic at the premises of the European House. In this event also participated in person Mrs. Adela Šípová, Senator of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, who deals with the diversity and inclusion agenda.

RBF has announced the third edition of Diversity IN Check (DINC) - a tool supporting Polish employers in their strategic approach to DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion)

The Diversity IN Check is a survey which has been designed to diagnose the maturity of companies/organisations in managing diversity and building an inclusive workplace. Employers prioritising diversity management are better able to meet the challenges of the modern world by harnessing the potential of diversity to enhance innovation, contribute to their financial performance and at the same time strengthen social cohesion. The organiser of the project is the Responsible Business Forum, the coordinator of the Polish Diversity Charter.

Romania - new signatories and possible to sign up to the new learning journey

5 new organizations have become signatories of the Romanian Diversity Charter in the last two months, among them Intersport Romania, The University of Bucharest, Dover Business Services, Tenneco and Vitesco Technologies Engineering Romania.

Swedish Diversity Charter new website is up and running

The biggest news is that we have “Knowledge bank” where we have collected all our digital activities by discriminations grounds as well as all the recorded films. The aim is to make it easier to find knowledge and be able to share it.
