The Harnessing Talent Platform (HTP) is a knowledge-building and experience-exchange platform, which seeks to support regions in addressing the consequences of demographic change, including mitigating the challenges associated with the decline of tertiary educated populations and the departure of the younger generations across the EU.

As a key pillar of the Talent Booster Mechanism, the Platform aims to support regions and stakeholders with guidance, information and knowledge to elaborate, consolidate, develop and implement tailored and comprehensive strategies to train, attract and retain talent. Via this newsletter, the European Commission regularly shares relevant information, promotes events, and disseminates good practices to interested stakeholders and regions in need.
