The EU Industry Days, organised with the support of the Spanish Presidency and taking place at the Trade Fairs and Congress Centre of Málaga, are Europe’s flagship annual event focusing on key industrial policy discussions, connecting industrial frontrunners, and boosting the knowledge base of European industry. Seize this opportunity to discuss the future of EU industry and connect with hundreds of other industry representatives.

Main Programme

Our speakers will discuss some of the latest developments in EU industry and industrial policy, including the Green Deal Industrial Plan, the transformation of the skillset of the EU labour force, the financing tools available to create and scale up innovative technologies, and the lab-to-market transfer of emerging technologies. They will also present their views on the EU’s relations with China, our cooperation with different suppliers around the globe, and the linkages between Ukraine and the Single Market.

As one of this edition’s highlights, Enrico Letta, former Prime Minister of Italy and President of the Jacques Delors Institute, will sit with business association representatives and draw inspiration from their views for his upcoming report on the future of the Single Market.

The event’s main programme will also feature three fireside chats presenting inspiring stories of transformation and resilience, with Peter Wennink, CEO of ASML, Taavi Madiberk, CEO of Skeleton Technologies, and Martin Pei, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of SSAB.

 Parallel Sessions

The EU Industry Days will also offer the opportunity to zoom in on the work of industry associations, regional clusters, cooperatives, research institutes, academia, and many other stakeholders. These sessions will allow participants to discover best practices in several areas, including net-zero technologies, critical raw materials, skills, single market barriers, standards, and much more.

Check out our parallel sessions and make sure to register for the ones you’re most looking forward to!
