SET Plan IWG-Industry 2024 Annual Event: Advancing Sustainable Energy in Industry

Mark your calendars! The 2024 Annual Event of the SET Plan Implementation Working Group on Sustainable and Efficient Energy Use in Industry (IWG-Ind) is just around the corner.

This event, organised by the SET-IndEU Secretariat, will address a technical audience on the following industrial topics:

• Main challenges of the process industry – current drawbacks and needs;
• What the European Union is doing – EU-funded projects and SET Plan implementation actions;
• Critical issues to advancing the sustainable development of EU’s energy-intensive industry towards by 2030 and 2050.

When: 5 June 2024, 13:00 – 18:00, and cocktail session 18:00 - 20:00.

Venue: Michaux Auditorium, La Bourse, Place d’Armes 1, Namur, Belgium.

The event will address a technical audience on the following industrial topics:

European Sustainable Energy Week - EUSEW

BRIDGE initiative will join the energy fair alongside numerous other European initiatives, including ETIP SNET.

The European Sustainable Energy Week is the largest annual conference gathering a wide range of experts and innovators dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe. This year marks the 18th edition, with the title "Net-zero energy solutions for a competitive Europe".
