Insights from the Annual Network Meeting 2025
date: 23/06/2025
The 2025 Annual Network Meeting (ANM) of the European Network of Graduate Tracking took place in Warsaw, Poland, on 16-17 April 2025. The meeting was the fourth annual meeting of the Network. More than 40 members of the Network, including National Reference Points (NRPs) from 20 countries (plus country representatives from Ukraine), the European Commission (DG EAC), the European Training Foundation, thematic experts and members from the Support Service Team participated in the event.
The objective of the meeting was to facilitate the exchange of experiences from the past year and identify priorities and next steps for the Network. The meeting included a set of informative presentations, as well as exploratory workshops and group discussions on priority topics and reflections on the future of the Network for 2026 and beyond.
Four key messages and reflections arose from the 2025 ANM:
- The Network has become much more confident; its ability to support the needs of Network members has grown, along with the level of interactions and exchanges between countries, leading to fruitful exchanges of practices and transnational cooperations.
- Network members recognise the increased value of in-person meetings and request more of these for future activities.
- Administrative data is becoming increasingly important to the Network and will be an important focus for discussions in the future.
- While GDPR solutions are being widely discussed, the solutions are highly technical and will take time to implement.
